Invitation-only, long-term development for players who have earned the right to train at an elite standard.

WHAT IS SPA+?

SPA+ is Soccer Player Academy’s highest level of development.

It is designed for players who require individualized attention, accountability, and a long-term development plan within a high-level training environment.

SPA+ is not for every player — and that is intentional. Enrollment is limited to protect standards, quality, and results.

How Players Become SPA+ Eligible

Players may remain in other programs while working toward SPA+ eligibility.

Steps

Player completes an evaluation
Player trains consistently within the academy
Coaches assess performance, attitude, and readiness
Invitation is extended when standards are met

SPA+ is never self-selected and is not offered on day one.
