Frequently Asked Questions
Soccer Player Academy uses a placement-based development model. Every player begins with an evaluation and is placed into the appropriate training environment based on age, development level, and readiness.
Yes. Evaluations allow our coaches to place players correctly and protect the quality of the training environment.
Soccer is a team sport. Players must make decisions under pressure, read teammates and opponents, and apply skills in real-game situations.
Group training creates these environments, which is why it is the foundation of every development pathway at Soccer Player Academy
Players who train only in isolation often struggle to transfer skills into games.
Our model ensures players develop both technically and tactically, which requires structured group environments.
For this reason, all private training requires active group membership.
Private training is used to target specific technical or tactical needs, correct inefficiencies, and accelerate elite players.
It is not a replacement for group training — it is a precision tool that supports it.
Private training is reserved for:
• Elite players
• Players working toward elite standards
• SPA+ athletes
• Players with specific development needs identified by our coaches
Availability is limited to protect quality and coaching standards.
Training frequency depends on the player’s age group and placement. Most programs include multiple group sessions per week.
Progression is based on readiness, consistency, performance, and coach evaluation, not time alone.

Real development takes time.
Commitments allow us to:
• Build long-term plans
• Track progress accurately
• Maintain training consistency
• Protect coaching quality
Short-term or drop-in training does not produce lasting results.
SPA+ is our elite, invitation-only development program for top players ages 12–17.
SPA+ includes:
• Higher training standards
• Guaranteed individual development blocks
• Long-term planning and accountability
• Limited enrollment to protect quality
Not every player belongs in SPA+ — and that’s intentional.
No. SPA+ provides a high-level development environment, not guarantees. Outcomes depend on the player’s commitment, performance, and long-term growth.
No. SPA+ is earned through consistency, performance, and meeting program standards.
Missed sessions do not carry over. Consistency is an important part of development.
