Why Evaluations Come First

​At Soccer Player Academy, we don’t sell training sessions.
We place players into environments that support real development.

The evaluation allows our coaches to:

  • Players interested in SPA+ (Elite Development)

What Is a Player Evaluation?

A Player Evaluation is a structured assessment that allows our coaching staff to:

​

  • Understand the player’s technical ability

  • Evaluate decision-making and game understanding

  • Assess confidence, effort, and coachability

  • Recommend the correct development pathway

We do not guess. We place players intentionally.

What to Expect:

✔ 45–60 minute on-field evaluation

✔ Technical and game-based activities

✔ Coach feedback during and after session

✔ Clear program recommendation

 

Parents will leave knowing exactly where their player fits and why.
