6-Month Curriculum: Monthly one-on-one meetings with Coach Zee covering key training focuses, player evaluations, goal setting, and development planning.

12-Month Curriculum: Extended monthly one-on-one meetings with Coach Zee, providing deeper dives into training focuses, ongoing evaluations, refined goal setting, and comprehensive long-term development planning.

By participating in the SPA+ Mentorship Program, I (the player) and my parent/guardian agree to the following:

• Full commitment to monthly sessions, private and group training, and evaluations
• Grant Soccer Player Academy (SPA) the right to use my PlayerMaker stats, videos, and photos for training and promotion
• Say & Tag SPA+ Player @soccerplayeracademy in player social media bios and posts
• Pin the SPA+ Welcome video to Instagram during active membership
• Pay 50% of remaining balance if membership is canceled early
• Acknowledge SPA in any college, pro, or MLS academy signing
• Invite SPA to attend Media Day to celebrate major milestones
