Soccer Player Academy (SPA+)

🔐 PLAYER COMMITMENT AGREEMENT

​

My parent/guardian and I, agree to fully commit to the SPA+ Mentorship Program offered by Soccer Player Academy for the selected term (6 or 12 months).

​

By enrolling in SPA+, I acknowledge:

​

Full Participation Required:

I will attend all scheduled sessions, mentorship meetings, and evaluations.

I will actively work toward the goals set each month with Soccer Player Academy Representative(s)

Data & Stat Use Consent:

I grant Soccer Player Academy full access and usage rights to all training data, stat tracking information (via PlayerMaker / CityPlay App), evaluations, and performance records for the purpose of development, education, and promotional content.

Branding & Representation Agreement:

I agree to list and mention SPA+Player @soccerplayeracademy as a training partner on all player-related public social media bios and posts (e.g. Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)

​

I agree to pin the official SPA+ Membership Welcome Video to my Instagram profile during my active enrollment.

​

I give SPA permission to tag, repost, and use highlight clips or media for promotional use.

Cancellation Policy:

​

If I cancel my membership early, I understand that 50% of the remaining balance is due immediately to cover staffing, scheduling, and reserved access fees.

Post-Signing Obligation:

In the event that I:

​

Sign with an MLS NEXT Academy

​

Commit to a college or university soccer program

​

Sign a professional soccer contract

​

I agree to:

Acknowledge Soccer Player Academy in my official announcement or social media post

​

Invite SPA+ for Media Day involvement and access

​

Provide a shoutout, testimonial, or feature of my journey through the SPA+ Mentorship Program

​

Media Day & SPA+ Celebration Rights:

​

I understand that SPA+ will host or participate in a Media Day session to recognize my milestone, provide press photos, and celebrate the journey.
