Welcome to Zee Futbol Academy a player development program, where we nurture and cultivate young talent aged 4 - 11 in a professional training atmosphere. Our non-profit 501c program is a dedicated program emphasizes player development, skill development, and igniting a love for the game, equipping players for competitive opportunities in leagues such as MLS Academies, MLS Next, ENCL, GA, and more. Through our innovative growth pyramid, We believe in skill-based, allowing elite players to compete at their level without being held back by age. In the Soccer Sproutz stage (aged 4 - 6), we introduce beginners to the joy of soccer, making sure they have fun while learning the fundamentals. As players advance to the Gen Zee stage (aged 7 - 12), they enhance their technical skills and learn proper techniques through focused training. We emphasize the importance of training and provide a deeper understanding of the game, fostering growth and passion in every player. After players graduate from Raising Rootz training program, we assess them or new players skills and place them into one of three levels: Gold Silver, or Bronze. Gold players are our elite athletes, showcasing confidence and technical proficiency. Silver players demonstrate solid technical skills but may lack confidence on the ball, while Bronze players are beginners working to enhance their abilities, skills, and self-assurance. They will be in the Soccer Sproutz Program. This system helps players understand their current standing and guides them on their journey of improvement.

Zee Futbol Academy takes immense pride in our distinctive structure that sets us apart from the conventional age-based models typically found in clubs across the United States. Instead of simply categorizing players into A, B, and C teams based solely on their age, our innovative approach is fundamentally grounded in the unique abilities of each individual player. This methodology closely mirrors the effective practices of renowned professional academies in Europe and South America. In our lower academies, players receive dedicated private training that ensures they develop their skills effectively while training alongside their peers at the same location and time. This not only fosters a strong sense of community but also a cohesive environment that is carefully overseen by an experienced Academy Director. Furthermore, we form competitive game pools based on ongoing assessments and each player's current abilities, which allows us to prioritize training sessions that are not only engaging but also challenging and, most importantly, fun. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that every player thrives in a supportive and dynamic setting where they can reach their full potential.
