The advantages of private sessions are clear: A player receives a trainer’s full care and attention and works only on targeted skills. This one-hour session consists of Technical work, Cognitive Training, Speed & Agility, and Position specific Training.
Assessment Session $150 (30 to 45 minutes training & 15 minutes feedback)
1on1 $110 per session (1 hour)
2on1 $165 per session (1 hour)
ZOOM SESSION - Single player $50 per session (1 hour)
WEEKLY GROUP TRAINING
We believe in the special advantages of carefully structured groups of 3 - 5 or
6 - 8 players. By challenging themselves against their peers as well as their trainer, players get all the benefits of private coaching, but in addition are able to take advantage of opportunities and training styles not available in solo work.
3 - 5 players $75 each player per session (1 hour & 15 minutes)
6 - 8 players $65 each player per session (1 hour & 30 minutes)

FINISHING FRIDAY CLASSES
Our Finishing Friday Session is to help players who want to improve their goal scoring opportunities in front of the goal as well as their shooting. It is an hour session. These sessions will be held every Friday

EARLY MORNING GRINDER
Focuses on weight training, lifting, S.A.Q, technical, tactical, and recovery.
This morning session is great supplemental training all of our players in season but also those out of season. Based on the needs of each individual the regimen will be tailored to best fit the objectives. This type of training is very soccer specific and will be objective to each player. Let's grind!

For all young upcoming ballers, this is the best program that focuses on footwork with and without the ball to develop coordination and good body mechanics as well as focus on skills on the ball and playing. We are very excited about having a program that can help our communities' youth develop young. This is all age specific.

TECHNICAL/ SKILLS SCHOOL
This program is to help improve players ability to pass, dribble, build confidence, shot, and more. It is allows to become more comfortable with the ball on their feet.

SPEED DEVELOPMENT CLASSES
This program help improve speed, acceleration, agility, footwork, vertical jump, power, explosiveness, strength, mechanics, mobility, movement, stability, conditioning and injury prevention
